Baseball Engagement Session at the Charleston Riverdogs
There are not many things in this world that bring a smile to my face more than connecting with the couples we work with. From the first email I received from Cate & Cameron, it was clear to me that this was going to be one of my favorite weddings and couples to work with! From our shared loved of English chocolate bars to bonding over our Spice Girls obsession, every moment has been so easy and fun! When we spoke about ideas for their engagement session, it quickly became apparent that one of the things they love is Baseball! Thankfully Cameron had the inside scoop due to his side hustle as an announcer and we were able to get private access to Riley Park, home of the Charleston Riverdogs!
Cate & Cameron's wedding will be in the Fall at The Citadel Beach Club so it was super fun to do more casual, fun engagement portraits. The idea to wear baseball jerseys really popped in their photos and makes me want a jersey of my own! The photos of them in the dugout ended up being my personal favorite although I also have a soft spot for the black and white close up of them kissing. After their engagement session, we headed to The Codfather which serves the most incredible English fish and chips. Not even a little bit ashamed to say I ate an entire pot of curry sauce by myself. Now I'm literally counting down the days until Cate & Cameron's wedding!
